SC gave judgement of absorbing LIC employees by when can we expect it

dear sir, yesterday in the supreme court honourable judges t.s thakur and gopala gowda gave an order to the lic by giving a good judgements to absorb all the temporary employees who were worked in lic in period 1985-1981 respectively.from this order and judgement can i know any terms which means days are mentioned for absorption. By when can we absorbed?
