If you wish to get the certified copy of the petition then you need to approach the court with a certified copy form that is available in the court premises itself and then get it attested by the concerned court where your case is pending and then apply it to the certified copy counter. And as far as the changes are concerned you need to file an amended petition along with an affidavit. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
