20-Feb-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
Hi sir, last Monday we tried for an SLP admission and it was rejected in the 2 judges bench.i was informed by my lawyer that one judge accepted the admission and one judge rejected that and finally it got rejected. Can I see the further details on the supreme court website? Is there any chances for SLP to get admitted after this?

You can definitely see on the Supreme Court website. There are many cases in which there are chances for SLP to get admitted again. Please understand this depends on many other circumstances. In India, a binding decision of the Supreme Court/High Court can be reviewed in Review Petition. The parties aggrieved on any order of the Supreme Court on any apparent error can file a review petition. Taking into consideration the principle of stare decisis, courts generally do not unsettle a decision, without a strong case. You may contact my assistant to connect with me for clarification. I will help you.
