Regarding SLP

We have filed case in high court regarding service matter and it was dismissed by high court and directed to the university to take decision in two month. Now out of 40 petitioner 18 moved to the supreme court and filed SLP, and place rest as respondent along with UGC and others. Now our query is that, if they won the case or lose the case how we will get affected. If we withdraw the case from respondent list can we will get benefit at later if they won. Our cause is same but at present moment we dont want to go with them as petitioner, but they intentionally placed us as respondent. please suggest.

I have read Ur query as per which your case has been rejected by the high court and directed the UGC to decide the case with in 2 months and solve the issue .as per Ur version out of 40 person 18 persons moved to slow in supreme court and place u people. As repsondent. In there SLP and you are not able to understand what to do . If they lose you people will also get affected in adverse manner only not in positive manner.in my view you people should also move to supreme court .

Dear Sir/ Mam,
if you all the parties in the petition then you will be governed by the final order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, if it is against you then you have to face consequences otherwise not.
the withdrawal of the case cannot be done by the respondent, the only petitioner can withdraw it. so it is better to come in the Hon'ble supreme court of India, against them for intentionally adding you as respondent.
