Procedure of slp and caveat in supreme court reg.

Sir/mam i got the honourable Rajasthan high court in DB(chief justice bench) judgment in my favour now against party plan to slp in supreme court. I just want that if they filed a slp then is there a chance of getting stay and how i can plan for caveat.
hello client as you are saying tht you have procured the Rajasthan high court db judgement in Ur fevour and you have won the case .in this case you are of the view tht the opposite party who have lost the case in high court will defenatelly move to supreme court.for this you need to file a Initimation petition in supreme court so the court should issue you the notice before hearing the matter instead of giving exparty stay or judgement
