Planned termination of student from Institute pressurised by Company

29-Apr-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
I was admitted to IIM Lucknow for 2 year MBA course. I worked in Tata Steel as a shift worker. Tata Steel Senior Management insisted that I take a study leave without pay and no liability. As I was facing problems in getting education loan so I obliged. But Tata Steel pressurised the Institute to fail me as Ex MD of Tata Steel is also the Chairman of IIM Lucknow Board of Governors. Last month the Institute failed me even though I wrote correct answers in the examination. I was forced to rejoin the job at Tata Steel only to be harassed here as well. I contacted every authority at the Institute but got no reply. The MHRD says that the rule of Institute says answer sheets will not be reevaluated. I am still trying to reach a peaceful solution with the Company and Institute but they are not responding. I have no other than to file a case. But the offenders i.e. Institute falls in Lucknow jurisdiction whereas Tata Steel is in Jamshedpur. Can I file a case directly in Supreme Court?

File a representation to IIM and Tata and MHRD. Make all of them party with Union of India. Make a time limit for deciding the representation l.
Then file a writ under article 226 of the constitution praying the court that the institute decide your representation with other prayer.

Under article 32 of the constitution, yes you can directly approach SC invoking your fundamental right, substantiating before the court that your right to education has been deprived by the worng evaluation of the answer sheet which has effected your right to life. The wirt would have to be supported with case laws etc.
