I can understand problem of aggreived students problem in this regard. This is stressful for all those students who have worked hard for the exams. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test result was declared yesterday. Fundamental rights of the students are violated and legal options are always available for them.
You might know as per the Regulation 9 (IV) of PG Medical Education Regulations, the reservation of PG seats in medical colleges for respective categories shall be as per the applicable laws of UTs and states and a state-wise & an all-India merit list of the eligible candidates shall be prepared on the basis of marks scored by them in NEET-PG. All the aggrieved students can come together and join hands to take appropriate direction from the Supreme Court of India in this regard. You may contact my assistant to connect with me for clarification. I will help you. From: Gopal Verma Advocate-on-Record Supreme Court of India
