Order given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 28.2.2020

With respect to the order given by theHon'ble Supreme Court dated 28.2.2020 in the WP 4677/1985 MC Mehta vs Union of India for the 7 Interlocutory applications which states that if an applicant will give an affidavit that the premises will be used for the residential purpose then the monitoring committee will consider it for desealing.
And my query is that whether this order is applicable to only to those 7 applicants or to all persons who filed this affidavit at MCD for the permanent desealing of the premises.
by its latest judgement and order passed in the above mentioned matter on 14th August 2020 The Honorable Supreme Court has cost report number 149 of the monitoring committee and has also quashed which were issued by the authority in pursuance to that report you are referring to an old order this case was on a very large and vaaste basically report number 149 was filed committee before the supreme court Hindi subject matter specific unauthorised construction allegedly carried out in Vasant Kunj and rajokari area now when Supreme Court has squares that report the gist of the report is that these are an authorised construction passing the report number 149 submit committee by the latest order of 14th August 2020 The Honorable Supreme Court has kept in its mind and has also order that house building on for residential purpose valuable right poster kindly read the latest judgement on this issue and clarify your question in the light of the latest judgement of Supreme Court whether the latest judgement covers your points or not
