Need help with filing a Caveat

07-Nov-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
I would like to file a Caveat in SC in ref to an NCRDC order. Can I file it online on https://sci.gov.in/efiling . If so, then what are the documents required. Or it is advisable to get it filed through an attorney on record. How much will be the cost, if i get it filed through attorney.

Hello,
Please file it through advocate on record. Filing online at is not as prompt as it should be. Any delay would help the opposite party to get the favourable order as it is subject to the time limit. And your counsel shall always be there for your matter. I practice in Supreme Court and have my team of experienced advocates for Supreme Court.
Costing as fees would differ from advocate to advocate and case to case. You may call my office and surely will get a reasonable quotation

Hi,

If you your self have to file a caveat, you would have to be present in the registry yourself along with a lot of documents. I would advise you to get it filed through an AOR.
