Is there any law for Ex-Party at SC in TP(Transfer Petition)?

12-Mar-2024 (In Supreme Court Law)
Husband filed a TP at SC, SC served Notices to wife twice, no one is appeared, hence SC sent notice to Her Lawyer as well saying to pass to notices to your client. but still no one is appeared in SC, Instead of make then Ex-Party , SC Dismissed the TP case. If women file case they are taking action in seconds, If Husband file case SC it self gave then enough time and simply dismissed. Where is the Justice for Men ? how men can reside in India ? Is there any grounds to ask in SC filing a case?

I guess I have answered your question once before. But then again, I would like to have a conversation with you regarding your case. It's very important to know the details of your case before giving you any concrete suggestion to proceed forward. Let me know and reach out if you want to proceed forward with your case.
