Iam a layman so Sorry for the question which I thought should be a logical to ask . Irresptive of what ever amount husband earning and despite wife working , wife got a provision /can file maintaince case on husband but why can't men file for case regarding biological needs on wife .Where will men go and ask for it .It is also need for men and it is wife responsibility as well or even can imply vice versa. When biological needs fundamental right Wonder is there any Law already avaialble or needs a consitutional change that allow the right ? Why can't be a interim order for it as well

There is a existing law on marriage concerns and you have remedy under section 10 of hindu marriage Act for your queries. It is the only law to deal with the husband wife relationship and sanctity of this relationship is being well recognised by the courts

who said men don't have the right to claim maintenance? Hindu Marriage Act provides for it, just that your case has to be presented with full rigor with proper evidence. Truth is the key. I hope it helps.
