How to file PIL in sc.in 2021 supreme court clearly said it's illegal foreign citizens to do any agri property transfers without consent of RBI but there are several revenue offices who are not following rules and regulations .want to let Hon be court know with proof so can I file PIL or writ

If you got the proofs you can successfully file a PIL against the said officers who are not interested in following the rules & regulations. You need to draft a PIL petition regarding your grievances and address the same to the CJI of India. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have collect the data and related documents You should not be an interested party should have 6-8 instances and the approach and Advocate in record for filing the Public Interest litigation in Hon’ble Supreme Court You can also file it in person but that will Be very difficult as AOR are special lawyers who can file there u can contact my office
