can i apply again SLP after 5 year.

You can if you have a valid reason for condonation of delay in not filing the SLP within the stipulated period. If the Court is convinced with the grounds urged by you, the SLP would be heard on its merits by the Court

can i apply again SLP after 5 year. Contact lawyer. He will and can guide you better in dealing with the procedure of filling with delay. Better to contact lawyer either of SC or me anyone whom you can

Yes. A limitation of 90 days is there while filing a SLP, after that one can file SLP with an application for condonation of delay. The court will allow the delay if it is bonafide and would then hear the petition.
