yes please you can file recall application as miscellaneous application. entire order can't be alter, only the part in which factual error can be altered please be very precise and direct to the point in your application

if there is an error on the face of record, you can point that out by way of an application for recall/ modification of the order or by way of a review application. whether a modification or review application is to be filed, it all depends upon the facts of a case, subject to further consultation.
