Defend a Supreme Court order In Delhi
29-Apr-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
I have a case where my opponent has filed a Supreme Court case against me in Delhi. Understand section 25 cpc act. What options I have got to defend this and what all things I need to be taken care before finding a lawyer... I am staying out of Delhi.. And it's not a viable option for me to defend this case in Delhi. I appreciate a open advise on this.

as i have read ur query a case has been fille din supreme court of india under section 25 crpc and you are not living in delhi and you are not able defend your case properly as you are not able to come to delhi for this pourpose you habe to engage a lawyer who can handle ur case.

Hi,
You have no other option other than to defend the suit before Supreme Court of India as it is the apex court of our country. I assume it is Section 25 Of Hindu marriage act relating to alimony and maintenance.
Had it been any other court, we could have tried to transfer the case but as it is supreme court, you have to defend the case.
