Contempt Of Court,HC Refused Interfier, SLP Accepted, Notice Issued

Earlier apex court ordered to impliment order of highcourt, govt has not implemented, again Contempt petition filed in, Notice issued by apex Court to govt via standing councell, next listing date, on listing matter was not included in main and suplimentory list, no next date, matter dilisted as per my councell, now what to do for listing? Mentioning is not allowed in this CJI system, is there any option to get listed matter again?

hello kamlesh I have read ur query as per which conditions are very serious of ur matter and ur not been informed accurately as per you case details .it's a lack on ur counsel .so immediately you need to contact a good and knowledgeable Advocate of supreme court of India so he can pleed ur case accurately as per situations.

Hello, kindly get the order online and asked your lawyer for certified copy, I hope there should be mentioning regarding delisted the matter, passed by the Judge, or you may take help from filing section or registrar office, if there is any technical error they might help you in this regards.
