Cheating in relationship by a man

I was in a relationship with a man since 2018. Since then he was taking money from me to grow himself.ow I found him cheated on me .he was dating another women .I have given him more then 10 Lakh. How can I get back my money?

you can file police complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust as well as a civil recovery suit for recovery of money given to him. you have to show that money given to him was ment to be returned. you can also slap him with rape charges but for that whole facts need tobe discussed. Harsh criminal action will make more pressure on him
