Certified Copy of Supreme Court case.

1) My father was respondent in SLP Civil filled in supreme Court, the case had disposed. My father is no more. I want certified record of that Supreme Court case, as I was not party in that SLP, what is the procedure to obtain certified copy ? 2) Can Certified copy of Office report of the case be obtained ?

Under normal circumstances, your father could have easily procured the certified copy by engaging his Advocate On Record but I am not sure how your relationship is with the AOR now.
So we will have to apply for certified copy stating that the said copies are obtained by LEGAL HEIRS and you must also engage an Advocate on Record who would sign the documents for you to file for the procurement of Certified Copy.
The procedure is a bit complicated and hence its best that you engage a lawyer.
