Case transfer procedure when husband files

Hi Sir/Madam,nif a husband files a transfer case when the wife files cases across two states,n nIs supreme Court magistrate will immediately dismiss the case ? or will they send a notice to the wife, after the wife applies to the counter file then based on the counter will they decide can be transferred or not, generally what is the procedure/how does it go? nnPlease assist me with who really experienced here

On the very first date in the supreme court they issue notice if they feel that your case is good the notice sent to the parties. on the second date after the argument they gave there decided your case. plz share more details via this site Thanks and Regards ADV Harish Kaushik
