Can two separate issues be solved at the same time by different courts

07-Feb-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
In a case there are two issues. The case went to the high court but high court remanded which was challenged in the supreme court. Supreme court said the issue which was remanded should be decided but no implemented unless this other issue has been resolved. The lower court makes a decision. Can that decision be challenged in the high court or i have to wait for the other issue to be resolved first in the supreme court?

you certainly can challenge the issue which was decided by the district court in the matter which was referred by supreme court. you should not wait for the resolution of other issue by the supreme court otherwise your relief will be time barred.
