Can Supreme Court ask the petitioner to challenge the CCR No.

The High Court order disposed of in particular CCR NO is challenged before the Supreme Court under SLP. Does the Supreme Court carries the right to ask the petitioner also to challenge the CCR NO. from which it has arisen ??
