29-May-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
Hello, I wnat to know that how many PIL's can be done having only a common interest...for instance is it like a person fills a pil and after some days another person does the same, will the supreme court hear both their pil differently or togetherly?

If you file a PIL on a certain issue and another PIL is filed on the same issue then Supreme Court usually encourages getting them tagged together i.e. heard together. They consider it administratively more beneficial. If the first PIL has already been heard and it has been either dismissed/allowed then the second PIL is expected to follow the outcome of the first PIL in terms of questions of law and conclusions that have been drawn.
