Can caveat petition be filed on A4 sheet as no legal sheets in USA

First off I want to thank you all for providing great advice and inputs to an earlier question that I had. Let me tell you that all of you are doing a wonderful service to the citizens of the country thru this web site. God will surely bless all of you. "Dharmo Rakshathi Rakshathi" Pardon me for asking a simple question. I am in the USA and paper sizes are different here. I was told that I can file a caveat petition using only GREEN colored LEGAL size paper. Is that true? Since I can not get such paper in USA if I were to send it on a regular paper (called A4 here), would the court office reject it because of the size and color of paper. Apologies for wasting your time with such a question. Please help.
