What Licenses & Approvals required for Online Liquor store

Hi, What are the licenses and approvals for setting up online liquor store for selling liquor online in Delhi. We will not be possessing liquor but having tie-ups with liquor shops who will deliver them to customers. Please let me know all the modalities that we might have to take care of. Thanks,
Excise and Liquor is a state subject different states have different laws regarding the same. It is not possible under the current set of laws to sell liquor online or otherwise without an excise license.
For eg: See The Delhi Excise Act, 2009 Chapter III Section 11 of the Act States
"Prohibition of import, export, transport, manufacture, possession, sale, etc. of
intoxicant. - (1) No person shall construct or establish any manufactory or warehouse,
bottle, import, export, transport, transit, manufacture, collect, possess, sell or purchase
any intoxicant or use, keep or have in his possession any material whatsoever, still,
utensil, implement, apparatus, label, cork, capsule or seal for manufacture of any
intoxicant except under the authority and in accordance with the terms and conditions of
a licence or letter of intent or permit granted under this Act and the rules framed
thereunder."
As you can see under no circumstances you can do any business related to liquor without a license by the licensing authority.

From what I understand you are not actually sticking and selling liquor but merely acting as a go between/platform between customers and sellers. As such, you will require no licenses whatsoever. You will have to incorporate a company to get a sales tax number, etc. but nothing else.
