Legal requirements & license to start a new beer brand in India

Hey! i'm planning to start a new beer brand in India. We are planning to outsource the brewing part from other breweries on contract basis. We will be handling only the branding part of it by our name and not the manufacturing part. According to this, what are the legal requirements/licenses do we need to obtain ?
