Legal procedure in case using the link of other websites on app

I am thinking of making an app which will have the list of books. You can download the book by clicking on the link and it will send you to the other website. So, is it legal to have deep linking to another website ( Like giving the link to another website on my app). Secondly, do I face any copyright issue for books? If yes, what can I do to be safe ?
you need to add a disclaimer on your website to protect you from any suit of infringement. also you need to clear your purpose of public interest/teaching/knowledge to fall under the category of excepts to copyright infringement.

Deep linking in India is a crime as per the cyber laws of this country. The reason behind that is by doing so you are trying to snatch away the crowd which could have gone directly to the original website and hence the money which they could have monetize.
Further allowing people to download the books without having the permission from the publishers of that book and the author is also a violation of IPR (copyright).
I would suggest you to think of other business idea. Or if you want to do this business then to directly contact the book publisher for the same and to have a valid agreement for it.
