I have met many graduates who had scored excellent marks. However they are unable to speak English fluently and because of this they are not getting the right job. I am planning to give them training in English speaking .. My question is.. Is it mandatory to register a company for giving training in English s
Hi, No it is not mandatory to register a private limited company for the same.You can operate it as an Entrepreniership, a Partnership or an LLP as well.Please get in touch if you want to get any of the above registered.

Your academy can be run under any form of business organisation i.e Sole Proprietorship, Partnership or Private Limited Company. It is not mandatory that you register it in the form of a Pvt Ltd Company. However, we recommend that you understand the benefits of each form before forming the organisation. Moreover, there are other compliances that you will be required to comply with that are applicable to training institutes.

No it is not mandatory. You can do this either as a sole proprietorship or a partnership, which are simpler than incorporating a company. This of a suitable name and you can start using it. There is no requirement in law to incorporate a company for this.
