I need help with with Terms & Condition Or Service Level Agreement
19-Aug-2023 (In Startup Law)
Hello,
1. I am planning to start my website development company. We will design, support & host client websites on our reseller hosting. Do I need Terms & Conditions page or Service Level Agreement Page?
4. Do we can include in our T&C or SLA that our company in no way responsible for the content of the client website?
3. Our company has no editorial control over websites.
You should have a SLA Drafted by some professional attorney who can formally include all the commercials and the roles and responsibilities and liabilities which each party are responsible and not responsible towards each other. Along with this there should be a Nda signed between the parties to keep the transactions confidential. Other than than if you are planning to host a website for your business as well you should get terms and conditions and privacy policy in place for anyone using your services via your website. You can contact me if any such help is required for the preparation of the documents or any further inquiry.
We expert in such kind of agreements and have also been featured on youtube explaining the relevance of these agreements. We shall explain you as to what and how the agreements have to drafted for your interests.
Yes there has to be agreement in the instant matter be it direct or indirect clients you need to save your rights otherwise liability clauses will attract and may land you in trouble. Wish you luck for your startup programme
