Hamari ek bahuuddeshiya matsya jivi sahkari samiti limited munijarganj rampurmathura Sitapur Uttar Pradesh hai jo ki nadi ke ek khand par banaai gayi hai jiska registration 01 july 2025 ko hua tha Phir usi nadi ke usi khand par jo ki same khand hai dusri samiti ka gathan hua hai 14 july 2025 ko registration hua hai aur vibhag dwara boli lagwa kar dusri samiti ko nadi ka rakh rakhaav de diya gayaa hai Aap hame koi upay ya samadhan deejiye Isme hame

As this is a government body you have to file a writ in the Allahabad High Court under Art 227 seeking direction to the Uttar Pradesh Government to cancel the subsequent allotment in the area which was previously allocated to your sahkari samiti.

iske liye aap highcourt Mein article 226 writ petition file kar sakte hain, aur chunauti Di Ja sakti hai ki vibhag ne manmani aur bhedbhav purn dhang se dusre vyakti ko karya De Diya Hai isko civil court mein bhi declaration aur injunction suit ke dwara vad dayar Kiya Ja sakta hai ki dusri party ko karya dene ki karyvahi avaidh ghoshit ki jaaye
