I am an Indian resident creating fictional adult comics with visible genitalia and penetration. Content is paywalled, sold only through foreign platforms to foreign customers. What criminal provisions could realistically apply
Possible exposure: IT Act ss. 67/67A; BNS ss. 294/296; and the 1986 Act if women are indecently depicted. Foreign sale may not avoid liability. There are several other stringent sections of Indecent Representation of Women.
