Whom to address in R.T.I. online (Ministry and Public Authority)
05-Mar-2023 (In R.T.I Law)
Dear Sir/Ma'am
I need to get a copy of complaint filed in Mahila Thana Ghaziabad so I want to know the ministry and public authority to whom to address the R.T.I. Online.
Please share the above information it will be a great help.
It is not a big task. Please go to that Mahila Thana and find out who is the Public Information Officer and place your RTI application before him. The authority is bound to give reply in 30 days. If suppose they are not authorized to answer you then they will refer to the proper appropriate authority.
There is a mandatory designation of Public Information Officer in every government office . Just simply address it to the Public Information Officer of the department or ministry. The crucial part is to avoid rejection of application and for that you must avoid the grounds for rejection as mentioned in the Act.
