School charging high fee even being covered under the clause of 80G

school is being run by a society ( exepted under 12A & 80G) , -granted subsidized land by state govt. -school is not submitting audited reports to CBSE ( school has to submit it as per CBSE guidelines,sought under RTI) -charging high fee (3300 admission form, 1lakh admission,1lakh tution) - society has started a new school , it seems they have diverted money from this school to new one ( agianst CBSE guidelines) - part of schools land is in the name of chairman of society school is commercializing educatio pls advice how can be take the school to court of law for reducing fees.....

If the school is aided in part by the government then you may file a writ petition before the High Court to look into the matter.
