Is it obligatory to take prior approval of the Hearing Authority

09-Mar-2023 (In R.T.I Law)

I have been asked to be present for hearing of first appeal personally or by a representative. However I wish to be present along with a relative. Is it obligatory to take prior approval of the Hearing Authority?

No there is no prior approval needed to be present along with a relative for your first appearance.
