How to get employment related information by RTI?

There are suspicious information about Bank manager(Indian overseas Bank near my native) that he involved in criminal activity before he join with IOB. So, I would like to get his employment related information by RTI. So, Please let me know the procedure.
Hello dear, while your concern is appreciable, but in my opinion you should write to the zonal office of the bank about the criminal record of Bank Manager rather than getting his record. Later you can ask the office about action taken on information provided by you. Regds
