Filed RTI but not receive proper response can I take legal action

i have received a R.T.I. reply against central Bank,he replied that matter is old 40 years so they can not reply but we follow our case a long time,our case to related some important information are given below -two letter from bank side one in 1984 & second in 1994 related this matter and one letter written to bank our side and through mail 2014 &15. suggest what action we take against bank.

If you are unhappy with the response to your RTI then you should file an appeal to the appellate authority. This may be found on the website of the authority with whom you have filed an RTI. If you are unsure then file the appeal with the CPIO, i.e. the Chief Public Information Officer of that authority. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
