Disturbance by society people can any legal action can be taken

Sir, I live in a society in delhi. next to my flat there is a park,10 to 15 people play badminton from 10 p.m to 12 : 30 a.m. , making lot of noise and disturbing my sleep. society management says, since it is a park we cannot stop anyone to play but height of noise is very high. Is there any legal wayout since they are not using loudspeaker. Thanks
There has to be a time limit to everyone thing. You should submit a written complaint to the society that the noise is a public nusisance and does not allow you to sleep. Further you can file a case against the society thereby seeking compensation.
