Can we file RTI to get bank fixed deposit details ?

Sir, Can a person use RTI to get the details of Fixed Deposits (Account No, Maturity Value, Date, Etc) held by his brother for submitting in a Court? Or is there any other way to get the details?
You can file a RTI against the Bank to furnish the Details, but the bank is authorised and is exempted from the Rules of RTI to not furnish any detials of their customers.
You need to take the orders of the court to get the details from the court.
