Zerodha not refunding my money paid to buy mutual fund

I paid Rs.1.5Lakhs to a famous online broking app deals in shares & mutual funds.But it didn't allocated me mutual fund as it said that money paid is from non linked bank account. And said money will be refunded back. But it's more than a month,it not reunding money, it say that BSE Star MF is not returning money.

Dear Client, you should approach ombudsman and SEBI for that there you must file a complaint for more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly about your case actually without facts not able to answer.
