Wrong transfer done but bank is not helping. Need help for the same

Sir I mistakenly transferred 10000 rs before 2 months. I raised the dispute for the transaction to get refund but bank is not helping

Well, if your Bank has not been helping you, then, you can escalate this issue before the RBI by filing an Online Complaint and before filing a Complaint with RBI, file an Online Complaint with the Banking Ombudsman and before filing Complaint with Banking Ombudsman, file a Written Complaint with the Manager of the Bank not cooperating.
