Wrong items delivered. No refund

I ordered on swiggy instamart and all the items were wrong. Even after chatting with them and emailing them they say we cant refund you or even replace your items. The items i received were of less value than what i ordered.

hi if that company had delivered wrong products then you could send them legal notce asking them to deliver correct products to you and if they failed to deliver then you could file consumer complaint to seek compensation
