Wrong emi deduct from my account

mene dmi finance se online loan liya the 1 lac ka jiski emi us time pe unhone 6768 batai par 6967 kat rahe the 4 month se mene unko 3-4 mahine tak contact kiya lekin woh nahi mane ki meri emi 6768 ki hai fir maine ek din rbi me govt officials ko aur finance minister ko mail kiya uske bad unhone mere account se 6768 ki emi katne lag gaye aur mail karke bol rahe ki technical glitch ki wajah se aisa ho gaya hamne jo apki 4 emi ke 800 rs galat kate hai woh bhi de denge lekin unhone mera 4 monthe se bhut mental harrasment kiya hai kya mujhe unke khilaf consumer court me complain darj karana chahiye

Haan aap deficiency in service k tahat consumer court main case laga sakte hai aur harassment k liye compensation maang sakte hai. Aap apne documents share kijiye taki aur behtar salah di ja sake. Agar aur koi query ho toh sampark kre.
