Who is responsible to execute the court order

03-Aug-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I had an FD in a co-op bank. After maturity, they denied pay. Questioned in the court the agreed to pay and paid only principal in 15 months without interest. Court give judgment full repayment with interest it took 6 years. Meanwhile the bank closed and vanished from its rented premises. Again, added Execution petitions (twice) they failed due to no contact. I obtained office bearer details, but court asked me to get High Court approval to include them. Justice delayed despite judgment.

Which bank is it? I need all the details of your cases to give you clear picture on the case. You can attach the property of that office bearer in that execution petition. Is this consumer court execution or civil court execution?
