Hello sir, I have a friend who asked me to borrow Rs 15000 for 1 month in November 2023. Whatever I gave them or when I called after 1 month, the phone was not received. I have 2 of his numbers, 1 remains switched off or 1 has been blocked. I don't even know his address but it is confirmed that his elder brother works in Malana hydro power project HP. What should I do please help me? When I called his elder brother, he told me that he will talk to you but now he is also not receiving my phone.
