What should I do in this situation

I have paid a 3000 fees to a lawyer to ready my files and she took the payment but did not work like that. And I'm not happy with her service so I mailed her to give my money back twice. But she did not replied me. After I went to her Utube channel and wrote in the comment that she is a fraud and not working after receiving the payment. She has 1000 subscribers and 3 to 7 people hardly write comment there. When I write the comment she did a DM me that she has filed a defamation case against

Incase a defamation case has been filed by her, you will have to hire an advocate for yourself to get represented in the court proceedings. Also kindly let me know more details about the case such as- whether the defamation case filed by her is a criminal one or civil, have you received any legal notice regarding the same, have you received court summons?
