29-Jul-2026 (In Recovery Law)
I sent email to bank to revoke Restriction but they not do anything. Bank say to enable us to review your request and consider lifting the restriction, we kindly ask that you submit one of the following documents: A revocation request, and/or An official letter or order from the court confirming the revocation or providing clear instructions regarding the account. I need know what is difference between email to revoke restriction and Revoke Letter?

it seems that your account has been restricted due to Cyber crime activity understood circumstances the police has the authority to remove the restrictions from the bank account and in the alternative you may obtain a order from the court for search removal

Ideally email should be considered as a request, however, if they are not accepting it then a formal letter can be issued in detail for request of revocation. Even after receipt of request letter, they do not revoke, then appropriate remedy will be to file writ petition before the competent Court.

Please elaborate your query as to what was the reason for putting restrictions on your bank account. Do discuss with the lawyer and take legal consultation. You need to elaborate the reason behind the restrictions
