Yes, You can file a Money Recovery Suit against your Employer either before NCLT or by filing a Summary Suit in Civil Court. If you are a Labourer, not an Employee, falling below the category of Manager, you can file a Case in Civil Court. Moreover, You can file a Criminal Case under Sec 420 of the IPC to bring pressure upon the accused to negotiate with you and repay your money back .

You may file a suit for recovery or a commercial suit depending on the nature of your contract, it view of the amount being more than 1 cr, the matter will be filed before the Bombay high court, fees will depend on exactly what is finally being filed
