what action can i take to get back my money?

one company has deducted an extra 10k from my account? had a contract Sulekha.com. i gave them my Debit car. i came to know later. what action can i take against them.
Your best course of action would be to serve a legal notice upon sulekha.com and their directors. Thereafter you may approach the district consumer forums with your case. However, do send them a notice first and get a formal reply.

yes you can file a cheating in that but you have to show that there is no relation to Sulekh and my debit card is used by them by forged without any knowledge thereafter i got some mess that from my account 10k is debit. for that you want the bank proof by way of record which is mention by the Bank.
