what action can be taken against my friend who has taken money from me

one of my friend is builder in pilibhit area he purchased a land near NH-74. after few days he got to know that this property is under bank authority and land lord took money and the disappeared. now he also start plotting and sale out few part of land to customers. Now problem is that bank want its loan amount with interest other wise bank is going for auction... another side customers want back there money. he invested his all money for this property and cant return money of bank and customer both. pls help to advise if there is any solution to sort out his problem
first you have land paper which you purchased after that there will be something can happen because without paper no one can do anything in this regard if you dont have paper and your loan in which you take loan you can use this is for your evidence as to not pay the laon in that this all can do when you have paper of that land.
