We have given money to a fr8ned now ge is not paying back.

I have have given 50k to a person and he had written a bond, and I also help him take loan of 1.3lakh and 60k from my 2 other friends . Now he is not paying back. Can we send a joint legal notice to him, if he doesn't respond can we file a joint case on him ??
hi yes if the person in both the cases is same then you could send jount notice to him asking him for recovery of money amd ig hr failed to responf anf repay then you could file suit for recovery of money
