Wants legal action & refund of deposit from fake Apple store scam

I got this app from Apple store and realised that these people are scams. I want my deposit of 50$ back. I want to sue them somehow. They are Uk based.
Lodge the complaint before cyber crime ..and if you have invoices file the recovery suit and registered the PCR against them..but must and should it is fake app there you got all information about hat app kindly lodge the complaint in cyber crime .
